About HEALDSBURG 360°

When our Healdsburg home burned in the 2019 Kincade fire, we were presented with the opportunity to start from scratch and create exactly what we wanted. While our new house is more modern than the last, we carried forward - and intentionally amplified - the characteristics we loved most: the expansive 360° views, the breezy and bright open floor plan, the ample opportunities for gathering indoors and out. The entire east facing side of the main house is floor to ceiling sliding glass doors which makes for a striking vista of the vineyards and hills beyond.

Perched atop a hill in the Chalk Hill area, Healdsburg 360° feels wonderfully secluded yet restaurants, wineries and a myriad of outdoor adventures are just a short drive away. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel at home and will be reluctant to leave. Note that our house is intended as a peaceful oasis; our ideal guest is someone who is looking for a relaxing, quiet getaway. This is not the right house for you if you want to be loud, party or don’t like following rules.

The property is ~7 hilltop acres and is comprised of a:

  • 2 wing main house with 4 bedrooms that sleep 8 (and no more). One wing has the primary bedroom + ensuite bathroom, kitchen, dining + living room and powder room; the other wing has two queen bedrooms with a shared bathroom (with two sink vanities) and a second king bedroom + en suite bathroom

  • solar heated pool with in-ground spa

  • pool house with a bathroom, office and all purpose lounge space with a tv and gym

  • expansive outdoor BBQ, dining and lounge area (including a built in poolside lounge bed)

The entire house - except for the propane BBQ and hot tub - is powered by solar electricity. The cooktop is induction, the heat is radiant heat, and the AC is powered by a very efficient heat pump.
